About Me

Alex’s Journey

Before founding The Bloom Alliance, Alex spent more than 25 years in human resources, including executive leadership at The Walt Disney Company. While at Disney he successfully led the largest corporate talent acquisition function, while partnering closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy with evolving business priorities. Over those 10 years Alex developed and implemented strategies that spanned enterprise-wide initiatives ranging from high-profile new business ventures, to international talent strategy, internal mobility, early career programs, and geographic staffing.

Alex’s experience spans multiple industries, including sports and entertainment, banking, retail, ecommerce, advertising, publishing, and technology, giving him a broad perspective on how leadership shows up across different contexts and business models.

At his core, Alex is a mentor and developer of people. He is known for creating space where leaders can be challenged honestly, reflect without pretense, and grow in how they lead, decide, and show up for others. His approach is steady, direct, and grounded, helping leaders strengthen not just what they do, but how they do it.

In addition to receiving his college education at Loyola Marymount University, Alex trained at the renowned Co-Active Training Institute and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Beyond the Work

Alex lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Alouette, and their French Bulldog, Conchita.

Together, they are actively involved in their community, with a focus on supporting individuals and groups who are underserved and often overlooked. This commitment reflects a broader belief that leadership is not only about performance, but also about responsibility, care, and the impact we have on others.

In his downtime, Alex enjoys working in the garden. His favorites are growing tomatoes, chile peppers, herbs, and fruit trees in containers. It’s a practice that requires patience, care, and a willingness to let things develop over time. It’s helped him learn that some seasons are more fruitful than others, but true joy comes from the process just as much as the delicious outcome.
