I’m a certified executive coach, leadership advisor, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience in human resources and coaching at the intersection of business and talent, including a decade leading at The Walt Disney Company.

I work with executives and senior leaders navigating pivotal moments in their careers. This includes enhancing their leadership impact, deepening their influence of the human dynamics in their environments, and making defined, grounded decisions, especially when the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t obvious.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: the hardest leadership challenges are rarely technical. They are human.
