I’m an executive coach, leadership advisor, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience in human resources and coaching at the intersection of business and talent, including a decade as a leader at The Walt Disney Company.

I work with executives and senior leaders navigating pivotal moments; helping them strengthen how they lead their organizations, better understand the dynamics shaping their teams, and make more effective decisions in complex environments.
